This Bling Clear Crystal pony tail holder is shaped with a half round metal gold base that has two rows oblong pointed crystals.  The black cord is woven and will last a long time.  The holder measures 2-1/8" accross and the metal band is 1" deep.  This crystals are prong set so they should stay in place, but please cover the piece while applying hair spray or other products.  If it should get dirty, use a cotton swab with a touch of water and mild soap and make sure it is thoroughly dry.  A hair dryer without heat would work well.
