For those who insist they wear short necklaces, this one is for you!  It has a 19.5" length made with electric blue fresh water pearls and Milleflori beads with loads of spots of color and designs all hand-painted!  Silver findings are used for the clasp and "fish hook" style drop earrings, also very light weight!
